The Distinguished Dog Company Paint Box Lead

This distinctive leather dog lead is the perfect length for keeping them close without having to wrap the lead uncomfortably around your hand. It's crafted in the Distinguished Dog Devon workshop using traditional techniques and sustainably sourced vegetable-tanned leather, which will only get more beautiful with age. 

The pattern was inspired by a visit to an artist's studio, where over the years the floor had become a colourful masterpiece in its own right! We've created the same effect using splashes of neon paint applied by hand, meaning no two leads are the same.

With a moving handle for enhanced comfort, this luxurious lead is finished with copper rivets and solid-brass hardware made just outside of Birmingham under a Royal Warrant.

The details

To prolong the life of your dog’s leather lead, spot-clean only and avoid it getting too wet. If it does get wet, blot the area and dry it flat, away from direct heat. Once the lead is dry, we recommend applying Renapur Leather Balsam to treat it. If the brass gets dull, you can make it sparkle again with a bit of brass cleaner.
