Winston James Woof is a dog shop with a difference. Founded in 2016 by Lou, with the help of her beloved rescue Whippets Lennon and Macca, Lou wanted to create a haven for dog lovers. Not only catering for your four legged besties with treats, toys and pooch fashion but also humans too with beautiful dog themed gifts and homeware adorning the shelves. Although we may seem a little out there when you first discover us our ethos is actually all about functional classic looks with a twist of fun - so if you’re looking to dress your pup in a tiara or tutu we are not the place for you - Sorry! We still love you though, so hang around and take a look about, we’re sure something else will catch your eye.

Located in the picturesque town of Frome, Somerset, Winston James Woof resides on the iconic Catherine Hill where Lou has lived for over 20 years now - minus a 3 year uni break in the city of Liverpool. Situated among many other wonderful independent stores Lou is lucky enough to be part of wonderful community of traders who work together to create the best shopping experience possible, including community events and street parties.
