Should you wish to exchange or return your item(s) we ask that you contact us via email within 7 working days to notify us of your intention to return.
You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage - we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received back into our store, items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the products carefully to avoid damage.
We are unable to accept returned goods that we reasonably believe are not in a resalable condition or that have been worn. We are also unable to except returns on foodstuffs, toiletries, perfumes or personalised items. All items must be in their original packaging.
Eligible items will be refunded within 30 days.
We aim to have orders for stock items dispatched within 1-3 workings days after receipt of payment, items made to order will have a time frame listed in the product description. All UK orders are sent on a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery or items are missing, you should notify us in writing via e-mail within 7 days.
